The National Society of Hispanic MBAs will celebrate 18 years of existence in October by inviting Edward James Olmos to address them at their annual Prospanica Conference. The conference is scheduled to run from Oct. 8 – 11, at McCormick Place in Chicago.
Mr. Olmos is a noted Hispanic actor and activist. He is the executive director of Lives in Hazard Educational Project, which works with youth at risk of being sucked into the gang lifestyle.
The Prospicana Conference will celebrate the unique values and skills that Latinos bring to the world of business and administration.
It will also function as a job fair, for those members who wish to exchange resumes with the many large corporations that will have booths at the Conference.
